Who’s Behind  TheHealthRoutine?

We are undergraduates of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.  We launched TheHealthRoutine to combine our passion for health with a desire to help others live better, day by day.

Every anatomy lecture, biochemistry lab, and clinical rotation has taught us one powerful truth: health isn’t just textbooks it’s about real people. We’ve seen how:

  • A single lifestyle change can outlast a prescription
  • Prevention truly is better than cure
  • Science should empower, not intimidate

Why We Created This Space?

Because we noticed a gap: Health advice often feels either too technical or too trendy. We bridge that divide by,
